1st place for Best Mixed Use Project

The Philadelphia Business Journal honored the winners of its 2009 Best Real Estate Deals at the Pyramid Club, Thursday, November 5^th.

Franklin Commons won 1^st place for Best Mixed Use Project.  What an honor it was for Dave and Marian Moskowitz just to be nominated as one of three spectacular facilities, but to actually receive 1^st place!
