conditions for Success and Positive Communications in
your School District.

Training Will be Provided by SERAPH

In 1989, SERAPH designed the first U.S. school security audit for the Baltimore City Public School System. SERAPH has provided school safety training & consulting to over 28,000 schools in the United States and five countries internationally.
The Audit Process is Divided into Three Specific Phases
Phase 1 – Research and preliminary assessment of social issues, crime issues, and review of policies.
Phase 2 – On-site physical assessment and interviews
Phase 3 – Report design and report review for school board or safety committees.

All School Teams must Preregister Contact: Carol Giampietro at: INFO-PXV@neumann.edu or 484-832-0523.

Fee: $2,500 per school district team

Major Benefits to Schools
a. The SERAPH system builds capacity within schools and districts by the development of a certified team to prevent and problem solve with school safety issues.
b. Federal funding and most state funding requires a “proper” climate / safety assessment to qualify for grants. The SERAPH process provides the correct process that meets Federal DOJ and USDOE standards.
c. Significant cost savings. An average U.S. school district with 5-8 schools can expect to pay on average $20,000 – $30,000 for an outside vendor audit. The SERAPH system saves districts 90% over current rates and provides a “complete” assessment system.
