Available Space
We have approximately 19,000 s.f. available. Franklin Commons was recently awarded with KIZ Zoning, which means that if your business is Bio-Life, IT or a “Green” company, there is tax money available for you if you relocate or choose to start a new business if you choose to lease from us. If your company is 8 years old or less you may qualify. Currently we have a 14000 sq ft space available that has it’s own entrance and can be split into smaller spaces. Also within this space are restrooms, so this would be perfect for Karate or Gymnastics because the children would not have to leave the site.
We also have a 4700 sq ft space on the corner with it’s own entrance and plumbing has been roughed in on two walls. This would be an amazing site for a Fitness Center because you could easily have locker rooms for men & women with showers.
On the opposite corner, right inside the door at the North entrance, we have an 1100 sq ft space. We also have a 2300 sq ft space off of the Bistro.
In the Grant Street side of the building we have a few small offices available for rent.
There are also potentially other small spaces which can be built for specific uses in various parts of the building, such as in the office area or in the corridors (which are over-sized to allow for this opportunity).
