Welcome to the new web site for the Franklin Commons, a mixed-use educational, corporate and recreational facility. This adaptive reuse of a former mill and manufacturing site in north Phoenixville is still in the renovation process, but we are open to the public, so please come grab a bite to eat, take a look around our beautiful space and visit our great tenants.

The Franklin Commons offers classroom, office, and even recreational space that can be custom-designed and built-to-suit.  With 225,000 square feet, 200,000 of which is on one floor, the space is ideal for educational providers to configure and renovate to meet the growing demand for lifelong education. For corporate, recreational or office space needs, the flexible open floor plans and first-class common areas make the Franklin Commons a perfect choice. The Franklin Commons offers bistro dining at the Franklin Bistro, reception and banquet facilities at the Franklin Hall and for business or community meetings we have the Franklin Conference Room.
